  10. LOTTO MASTER PROFESSIONAL is a multifeatured menu-driven program that   
  11. assists you in making decisions about placing Lotto bets.  The program  
  12. is primarily designed for use with California Lotto 6/49, but can be    
  13. used with other five or six-number lotteries, as long as the number     
  14. field does not exceed 54.

  16. The extensive program is designed to maintain and track LOTTO bets,     
  17. check bets against the LOTTO drawings, maintain a history of winning    
  18. numbers, analyze historical numbers for significant information,        
  19. generate bets based on statistical history, support bets based on       
  20. user-selected numbers with statistical backup, and perform ``wheeling'' 
  21. based on nine built-in systems.
